Our group training classes are a great way to reap even more benefits from your one-on-one person training sessions.

At Drive Personal Coaching, we run a variety of group training sessions including boxing, crazy cadets, hard core, stretch, power and runners circle.

You’ll find a great routine with our range of group training classes all based out of our Thornleigh gym.
